We enjoyed the place. Hotel staff was very courteous. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed linen was properly washed. Food, breakfast quality and quantity was excellent. My safari reservations was made online, but hotel staff helped me in getting safari vehicle. There was water problem in bathroom on first morning, but it was solved within no time. In my experience this was the first hotel where me and my family felt peace of mind in every aspect. Would love to visit again.

Rooms are okayish at this price, food too spicy, nothing really great.. Few staffs are nice n helpful, the guy at the reception is rude.. All in all this place doesn't leave you with the "wow" feeling.. Only suitable for budget travellers.. Will not be back for sure!
Room was average, can be maintained in a better way. Lizard, Spider web etc. gives you an adventurous feel in your room if you are looking for one.
Food was decent, staff was helpful. There's a norm of tourism hotels to not serve in the room, I think it's time to change.
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The suit is a must to book if available. We were happy with the staff service and the arrangement of Gypsy for Jungle. The option of food is limited which was a little problem as they have a set menu for breakfast and dinner, but the food is tasty among the limited option that is available.
The food of the hotel is fantastic. Not much options in NV. Rates are economical. The best thing is that it's including breakfast and dinner. Nice playground for children. Staff is good. Overall extremely satisfied with the experience. Worth the stay!
Booked this place after reading a few reviews but was not sure as most rtdc hotels got bad reviews. I recommend this place to a travellor wanting a good clean place with kind staff. Large rooms and very clean. The safari can pick you up from the lodge . The best part is it's near the reserve so u get picked up last and dropped back first. Good food, neat rooms, forest next door almost, budget priced. One can go ahead and book this hotel without thinking twice .
