1. Was greeted by a ball of human hair on the balcony. Called the housekeeping staff to come clean the same. They didn't turn up for an hour. Fed up I went up to the reception and they got it done. ( Occupancy wasn't high enough to not cater to q simple request like this.)
2. They do not offer WiFi, it is on paid basis.
3. There is no drinking water dispenser for guests even though they are serving unbottled drinking water at the breakfast buffet. The guest is forced to buy water bottle at exorbitant price (Half litre for 60 Rs) irrespective of the resort having dispensable drinking water available. ( I enquired personally about the same and was told that I would need to buy water ).
4. Had called in the evening at the reception for a refill of toiletries. Nobody turned up.
5. For the price charged and amenities on display, the stay experience was absolutely horrible.

It is such a pathetic hotel and service is worst. A lot of people will choose this hotel because of the cable car ride. But let me tell you that if you plan to visit nearby places this cable car is chargeable and that too 1100 per person per ride. Staff is too rude to the core and they have a lot of rules and regulations. Trust me I travel a lot and I have not seen such a hotel in last 5 years. Such a waste of money!!
Don’t book this hotel else you will repent.
