I have also raised some grivence regarding billing on mail but no one is able to revert ,
Prefer to book through make my trip or goibobo or other channel but never book direct from their site

Great stay at timber trails heights- the terrace. We stayed for one night. The ropeway ride is 8 minutes and a good experience. The view from the resort is splendid. Staff was warm and friendly. The terrace bar has a great view. Good place for a quiet and relaxing weekend.
