The place is very well made and well maintained. The location is excellent.All the staff and management persons are very courteous and helpful specially Uma and Ravindra.Service is very prompt. It was a excellent and very enjoyable trip.

Higher billing Poor customer support I have also raised some grivence regarding billing on mail but no one is able to revert , Prefer to book through make my trip or goibobo or other channel but never book direct from their site

Great stay at timber trails heights- the terrace. We stayed for one night. The ropeway ride is 8 minutes and a good experience. The view from the resort is splendid. Staff was warm and friendly. The terrace bar has a great view. Good place for a quiet and relaxing weekend.

The property was fantastic and have a lot of enjoyment and peace... thank you uma and ravindar foe helping. Was a pleasant stay. Wide and clean property. Good and solar staff. Big rooms. Verity of food.

The place is just awesome. Matchless hospitality. It had a beautiful view from the room . The food was quite tasty and cutting chai was awesome. Beautiful scenery. Services was commendable.Neat and tidy rooms
