We stayed for a weekend and the resort is beautiful with really helpful and courteous staff.. especially the food was outstanding.. the restaurant manager gave everybody special attention with respect to the needs of each customer and dished out really tasty meals (in all cousines).. only drawback was the coordinator for safari and boat ride was kinda rude..

Hammock in villa are close to pathway. Hence, Privacy is missing.
Food prices are bit expensive.
For a middle class family, though prices are on higher side, it is once in life time experience. Worth it!!
Was there with my husband and 10 m old. The staff r extremely cordial no matter what time of the day or night and very well trained.. room clean and hygienic looked fresh and sanitised. I have observed how each of them took necessary precautions every step. Special mention to the food and beverages team led by a very able mr Anup, who despite his injury made sure to pay attention to every detail food was better than my expectations, they even catered to the baby s special needs. Wildgrass restaurant I can say is baby friendly to say the least, families with little ones can go ahead and book without any doubts. Thanks for the nice holiday serai.
Maybe an oven in the room would be nice. Cuz food we ordered tended to cool down soon and we hated to bother the pantry repeatedly just to warm the food.
Loved the Serai Kabini!
1. Huge property with just 20 cottages , which makes it extremely peaceful and serene. Visit the Serai Kabini for a relaxing break , away from the city crowd.
2. The river view cottages are superb. We sat on river facing balconies sipping tea and watching the sunrise, every single day we stayed there
3. Resort has all amenities. Bonfire , private dinners , cycling. At no moment , you would be bored. And ofcourse , Jungle Safari to Nagarhole national park is a Kabini USP. We just asked the staff that we want to see it , they take care of the rest.
4. Lastly , the hospitality is impeccable. You wont find it anywhere else!

We went to Serai Kabini. Our stay there was wonderful. The staff at the Serai are very courteous and during meal time the staff took extra care to fulfil our needs. One evening we evening customised our dinner asking for plain home food and that was served hot and
Over all a lovely stay and good experience.
One suggestion is if they could include all three meals kn the package instead of just breakfast and at the same time it should be pocket friendly .

We had a fantastic time with family at the Serai Kabini.
The property was lush, well kept and almost in the jungle. The mornings were a pretty sight with lot of birds chirping and some sighting of rare birds too. The food was excellent and served by courteous staff. Overall a fantastic experience. The rooms were done well,the toiletries provided were of great quality. We had a great family bonding time
