Absolutely fantastic accommodation and by far the most luxurious in the village - easy to say this having grown up here and stayed at various places when visiting annually.

Cosy base for all visitors, with additional treats such as hot tub - absolutely brilliant for a break, surrounded by the fantastic Scottish views and ideally situated in the beautiful Innerleithen. Will be back without a doubt! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stayed at the Pirn Road Apartment for a weekend break but would happily use it for a much longer stay .. It has everything you need (and more) and is beautifully done.

It snowed while we were up there and the combination of a hot tub in the snow and then a toasty log fire was perfect after a day on the mountain bikes.

Hosts were great, really friendly and helpful. The thoughtful little touches like Scottish tablet, Cannock's teacakes, jam, marmalade, milk, bread etc were lovely .. And the heated bathroom floor was wonderful!

I'll definitely be back. Thank You.

“Lovely apartment set in a beautiful location.”

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday; the attention to detail is first class from the tablet & biscuits, wine, bath products on arrival to the shower which is better than you get in boutique hotels. Loved the book you've done on the development of the apartment. The shed was great for the bike and it was a real bonus to be able to leave all the biking gear there instead of in the apartment. Beautiful area with very friendly people; everyone says hello which doesn't happen in many places. Pauline and Danny (owners) were great. They made us very welcome and it was lovely of them to have toys waiting for our wee girl in the garden and they were happy for us to take her through to their garden to play. We ate in most nights and the kitchen has everything you need to do this. We enjoyed a couple of meals in the Traquair Arms, great food and the staff were exceptional. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.

“Luxury well appointed holiday flat with excellent hot tub”
Reviewed 9 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

When we arrived, bringing our own towels, bread & milk, tea & coffee etc, as we have done when visiting other similar facilities, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the Archibald family has established the most customer focussed flat imaginable. It is so well appointed, stylish decor and fittings, however the little touches like tea and coffee already in place, including bread and milk but especially the marvellous home made jam and tablet!
The hot tub outside made for a very very relaxed week for us, and the flat is ideally situated for a base to tour the borders. The family were incredibly friendly, especially Belle the boxer dog! Everything was thought of for our comfort, including a top class log burning stove to finish off the atmosphere of homliness and warmth of welcome. Indeed, extra logs were provided should they be required.

Just back from a great few days at Innerleithen which was made more pleasurable staying in Pauline & Dannys great apartment, all needs were catered for and after a days mountain biking the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Thank you again Pauline & Danny.
