It is near the bridge toward one end of kurokawa town. English menu is available. They serve simple dishes so is a pretty good place for light eaters. Bigger dinners are available. They are open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. so you can go there for lunch or dinner at your convenience. There are 4 tatami rooms and then there seats around a counter.

This is a friendly little cafe bar with excellent and reasonable typical Japanese food.

It is my partners birthday and they have even given him a present of local sweets.

We would really recommend this place as a must visit.

We had a quick lunch at this popular eatery along the main food street in Kurokawa Onsen. The shop is easily recognized by its green curtains at the entrance. We shared a communal table in a semi private room with other tourists and had a good time. They have an English menu. The udon beef noodle soup and grilled mackerel I had were good. Total cost came to 3000 yen for two persons with two glasses of sake. You can also sit at the counter.
