The hotel was actually a shop lot converted to a hotel. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room is not big but it's enough for both of us.
Another good point is the security of the hotel is good too. The staffs in the hotel also helpful.

The room was clean. Nice bathroom and clean as well. Hotal provides very basic services and ameneties. Good for 1 or 2 night stay. Near to restaurants with wide variety of local foods. Easy access to major highways. Half hour drive to downtown Kuala Lumpur.

The place is situated in busy street of Jalan Puteri, Puchong, so you can get basically everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Laundry, cybernet). A bus station is near by, you can get to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Complex with just RM1. (Mini Bus 86).

the room is clean and neat. Security is good and price is reasonable. Stayed in a delux room with a queen size bed. Size of the room is just nice, not to cramp up like others budget hotel.

downside of this hotel: there is no train station near the hotel. You need to get there by bus/taxi. The receptionist is kind but not so helpful when it comes to asking directions.

Stayed in family room, a queen bed plus single bed for 3pax, thick soft comforter, 4 pillows of varying quality n thickness for different preference, but bed is hard type, not nice to sleep in. It's much newer n cleaner compared to 101Lakeview which is another budget hotel with similar rates.
Car parked in front of hotel, feel safe and the security guard was very friendly :)
Many eating places n restaurants nearby. There's a traffic light junction to cross to opposite Giant Hypermart, a 10mins walk. Not a shopping location, ok for short overnight stay.

Pros of this budget hotel:
1. Clean and tidy
2. Secure: on each floor, there's a security door that requires a swipe pass to get through. At night, there's a security doorman.
3. Basic: No breakfast, mini bar, handsoap, toothbrush or safe. Means affordable.
4. Good location: in Bandar Puteri near restaurants and hair salons, near Giant supermarket, and bus/taxi stand. Across from Easy Pha-Max (a large pharmacy) that was closed the whole time we were there.
5. Two complimentary small water bottles
6. King size bed.

Cons:
1. Noisy at night: thin walls, you can hear people coming and going from their rooms.
2. Housekeeping infrequent and they're a bit slow to respond to requests like more toilet paper, and they don't knock! They just open your door and hope you're not inside.
3. Customer service could be better eg don't expect smiles or exemplary hospitality. They are not rude though.
4. I asked for a non-smoking room and while the hotel rules say no smoking, they do provide an ash-tray in room. Our room did smell smoky but it grows on you after a while.
5. The window is very small with bars on the outside so if there was a fire, you would not be able to get out.
