The rooms are spacious but a little dated. The food was very good and having packed breakfast was a great touch. The service was very good. We were lucky enough to see 4 tigers including a female with a cub and the unique "cat".

The staff were forewarned we were coming by the staff at the Tuli tiger resort in Pench, and really that says it all. The communication between the two hotels made our stay all the more pleasant because they knew, before we even arrived, what we were like, and how they could best serve us. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, well, except at home we dont have servants, but here we did. and I had a great game with them all. All staff members from the bus boys to the management team, all joined in the fun when it started. Fun being, try to catch me out, or off guard basically. I would respond by treating them all as my slaves, manager included, and they played along. 3 other couples joined in the fun too, and they all said how much fun they had ! Way better than the telly. The room was clean, spacious, well appointed, and comfortable, as was the bed
Each morning we were awoken with chai. There was a packed breakfast ready to go with us on safari, and there was also enough for our guide and driver too, and that in itself created a better relationship between us, our guide and our driver, as we shared a meal everyday. While sharing breakfast other guides would come to see Bafarti (our guide) who is very well known in Kanha, and a terrific guide, so we learned of where tigers were, or had been, heard stories etc, and we made many friends there too. We had a great stay in Kanha, and that is entirely due to the hotel, guide and driver, Tigersincorbett.com, and me for asking them to make our arrangements

As with the Pench hotel, when it came to our departure, they all shook our hands, gave us a hug, and wanted a photo with us. We gave them plenty of attention, and they gave us back 3 times as much !

The Tuli at Kanha and Pench were both excellent hotels, and from our perspective, just as comfortable and relaxing as being at home. The entire stay at Kanha was an enjoyable and delightful experience, that I will hopefully repeat again soon.

I would highly recommend this hotel group

We stayed for 3 nights, along with 2 kids, 7 yr and 9 yr. Extra bed was provided at cost which was good sized. Resort is spread out nicely with a pool and kiddie pool. The food comes as part of accommodation plan and is excellent given the remote location. For the travelers visiting from abroad, they might have less continental food options but staffs are very attentive and always willing to make that extra dish for you. In our case, they cooked pasta considering our daughter's liking.Kids had good time taking a break from safari and enjoyed the pool. Also a naturalist by name of Mr Pradeep really inspired our son with nature related topics and tiger facts. Only little complain we had was rooms are full of carpets and upholstery with damp smell. You may ask them to remove rugs first thing :)

Room Tip: There are rooms on ground floor and 1st. Ground floor has view of garden, with less privacy though good for kids since they can easily go out and play. All rooms are equal otherwise.

Then we called at the tall-free number of tuli resorts we were coated with jungle plan at 14k per night....but when we went we their we came to know that they were giving rooms at 4.7k+5k(safari)..When we talked about it with them they said that the new rates were started from the day only and that they will charge us 14k as we had booked earlier.....SO DONT BOOK ON PHONE OR NET...

Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough to help. Had 4 game drives but the Tigers were hiding, dispite the guides doing their utmost to spot one. Kanha park is vast and very beautiful and plenty more to see. The downside of the trip was the transfer from Nagpur airport to the resort which is a 6hr drive and virtually no toilet stops.
