“A gem of a place!”
Reviewed 4 February 2015 for a stay in January 2015

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here. The cottage is ideally located for exploring Lyme and its surrounding region, or just for taking local walks. It is quiet, clean, cosy, comfortable and warm. The furnishings are tasteful and the cottage is well equipped with facilities. The bathroom, though smallish, is thoughtfully well appointed with shelves and places to hang towels and gowns. The shower is wonderful! The kitchen functions excellently. It especially nice to arrive after a long drive to find milk in the fridge, bread, and tea/coffee provided, a vase of flowers on the table, and a chocolate on each pillow.

“Fantastic cottage”

We had a great 3night stay here. The cottage was cosy and very well equipped (amazing shower!) there was a lovely welcome pack with fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz (very much appreciated on NYE!) and fresh eggs milk tea biscuits even some fudge! Everything was immaculate inside and I thought the cottage was much bigger and more spacious than it appeared on the photos on trip advisor. The spot is lovely too, a really quiet location where you can walk in to Lyme Regis easily. All in all a fantastic place to stay, would definitely recommend it!!

“LITTLE HEAVEN”

This little cottage for us was just perfect. Well maintained, everything you need for a self catering stay and a fab thoughtful welcoming pack. The cottage consists of a single ground floor room which incorporates a lounge and kitchen. A fab spiral staircase takes you to the first floor where you will find a cosy bedroom and lovely shower room and toilet. Outside there is a car port and elevated sitting area which would be great outside the winter months and or dressed up warm...drop of mulled wine...very "cwtchy" .This place is a bit of a gem ..and in a peasceful quiet spot just outside Lyme Regis.

“Perfect Little Cottage”

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our joint birthday weekend away.

The whole cottage is very comforting and decorated to the highest standard. Ideal for a couple's weekend away.

The location is peaceful with Lyme Regis just a walk away. The cottage is just a small five minutes walk to the local pub, which serves delicious traditional pub food and local ales.

A welcoming gift of a fresh crunchy loaf, eggs, milk and bubbly added the perfect touch to the perfect short stay.

Many thanks.
