This is an old fashioned hotel with 20 "villas" at camp area. Everything is as it was in '80. Not in a good way. Old yugoslavian comunist style. No new investments and improvements. Wifi only at some public parts of hotel, tv is small box. Breakfast is simple.

This summer, it was our first and last visit of this hotel. Accommodation was very simple, old furniture but still room and bathroom clean. Towels changed as needed, bathroom was disinfected every day. The rooms have no fridge or air conditioning. It was still necessary to ventilate through the balcony and it was therefore room full of mosquitoes. After the first night we purchased in nearest store electric repellent that this problem will resolved. Obviously, this problem is common, because the walls were full of bloodstains after killing mosquitoes. Slow free wifi only in the reception area.
Food was mostly bad. Breakfast is still the same, changing only the eggs, one scrambled, sometimes fried eggs. The same selection of salami and cheese, sliced tomatoes, jam .... The dinners were a lottery. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. As an example - beef soup that was almost pure water with no taste, color .... Or cooked beef that was completely tasteless, veined and hard. Most of food was very oily, dry meat, sometimes burnt. But sometimes dinner were really good, but the good was minimum. But desserts were always tasty.
Small swimming pool with sea water, re-filled every day. The water in the bay around the hotel was dirty, it was dirty also the water in the pool. Beach was quiet, pebble, but dirty, the water was too dirty and full of algae. Small buffet on the beach was nice but the music loud. More beautiful beach is about 10-15 minutes away towards town, there's even more services and entertainment. The only nice thing about the beach was a natural shadow. Very expensive parking!

Room Tip: Seaside rooms with balcony.

Looking for a place between Zadar & Trogir and came across this hotel on the edge of Pirovac.
We had booked breakfast but the reception didn't know what time it was, as this would be decided by the cook....
So we got out room, opened the balcony door and from then on regretted this stay. The Hotel is located amongst many trees and we found nature had a way of creeping into our room.
Myself and my wife were attacked by bugs and mozzies all night to the point i had to wrap my head in a pillowcase and I could still hear them. No I'm not one to complain and have a fairly good tolerance but this was beyond my tolerance this time.

Room Tip: Don't open your windows, see if they can offer you Air conditioning

Second time vacation at this hotel. Nothing new, only they now serve all inclusive light - buffet food 3 times a day with a drink.
Helpfull and friendly staff, just right choice of food. The only thing was old furntiure - if you are mostly outside that will not bother you. The rooms do not have hair dryer or fridge. The beach has small bar newly opened starting the season with bad music and with TV for watching football EURO2016.

Room Tip: Pay extra for sea view, it is beautiful.

Romantic location, very helpfull and friendly staff, just right choice of food at the breakfast and dinner. The only thing was old furntiure - if you are mostly outside that will not bother you. The beach has small rough pebbles, so if you are a gentle feet person, you will need swimming shoes.
