The location is lovely--on a small lake surrounded by farmland. However, it's five km down a bumpy dirt road and not convenient to stores and restaurants, so visitors would be wise to shop before they arrive. The stated check-in time requires a call to the proprietor, which we did not know, and so we waited for over an hour to check in. We never got wi-fi access, in spite of the proprietor's best efforts, and cell phone reception is spotty at best. Accommodations are rustic, but adequate for a short stay. We never met Francesca, but dealt with Roberto, who speaks only Italian. A very peaceful, beautiful spot, but not exactly convenient.
