The food is very good at this restaurant. If you are a beer drinker, there are lots of good choices from this microbrewer. It is in a charming part of saint eustache. It is nice inside however, when the weather permits it is exceptionally nice to eat outdoors on the patio.

This is a historic water powered mill sitting on a very picturesque spot. I would recommend crossing the bridge next to this mill for a picturesque view, especially in this time of the year with fantastic foliage and the reflection of the mill in the river! Love it!!!

The original mill from the 1800's is still in operation. It is a historic monument alongside the river. The watered-powered wheel turns a series of shafts connected to the stone grinders. During the festival of the flapjacks (Festival de la galette, in French), students present the history and show how the mill works. Fresh organic buckwheat can be bought for your own breakfast delight.

This is a two-hour tour that is worth the trip. Learn how the original settlers in this part of Canada lived and how they ate.

During the festival, local artists show and sell their wares. The stage offers local groups performing typical music and dances for that time. Volunteers dressed in military gear reconstruct battles fought at that time to free French Québec from the oppressors.

It is an education of taste and sights that you will remember all your life

This old style flour mill is still churning out flour today and uses the water flowing by to drive the mill. It is located in the "old downtown" of St.Eustache and is surrounded by other important buildings of the times. it is a nice walk in the area and the city gives regular tours of the area during the summer months. Ensure you check the times before arriving.
