We visited with a 4month baby and for 190PLN which is a normal price in Jurata for a convenient room got a 2x2m cell next to reception with cardboard door, loud teens, uncomfortable bed and an elevator that doesn't go to our floor.
This is an old railway building that was not yet properly renovated and last year was managed by two elderly people who are very nice but that's not just enough to make it a comfortable stay. I can understand that the location is prime, but with the rates it could be managed much better, especially it's a sad sight to see service which doesn't seem to be enjoying what they do and get a lot of negative reviews from customers. I believe it's the responsibility of owners to run this place in a more organized way, listen to client needs (noone really asked us for ours) and develop their staff to meet high standards which are indeed delivered by most surrounding hotels and hostels.More
