Good local very friendly. This village pub has Sky Sports and games nights which works well with the other pub as they both
provide a different experience. Food available but no dogs in this one. Child friendly.

We first came here to watch the wonderful comedy duo Living Spit as they were acting out their humorous plays in various community venues. The pub was so busy that it was standing room only and we heard rather than saw the show! We've been back since and it's a nice friendly pub offering a wide variety of beer and spirits. Incidentally, we have since seen the latest Living Spit show at the Theatre on the Bay (formerly known as The Tropicana) in Weston-super-Mare but Trip Advisor don't yet have a listing for this venue.

Popped in here for a pint before eating at the nearby Plough before an early morning flight. Nice, friendly well mannered barman called Luke struck up a conversation with us. Turns out he'd just got back from his honeymoon in Italy (his shiny wedding ring gave it away!).. anyway.. nice pub and nice pint of 'Proper Job'
