I recently stayed at the Waery PLoughman while visiting family in the area. The room was nice and large as was the bathroom, everything was very clean and nicely decorated. I had a shower in the morning but half way through it went luke-warm and there wasn't enough hot water for my partner to shower.
Breakfast was good and we reported the fault to the waitress who said that an engineer had been called.
A big bugbear with me is hair-dryers that are attached to the inside of drawers, it makes it seem like you can't trust your guests, it also makes styling your hair difficult.
