“Just right!”
Reviewed 24 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Just right!
This charming holiday home ticked all the boxes for us. It was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and quiet.
We were looking for a family let where my son with autism could enjoy his stay safely and not disturb other guests, as he can be noisy in the night! No worries there - we could really relax and enjoy our stay, as there was no passing traffic, the garden was safe and well maintained and there were no issues with noise, as the walls in this place are truly soundproof!
Paul and Angela understood our needs and made us feel most welcome. They were nearby to answer any queries and help us find our way around the area. It's not far from Cardigan, and we were spoilt for choice with the many beaches from neighbouring Aberporth on down the coast to Pembrokeshire. The coastal views are breathtaking!
We had a very happy time here, and look forward to our next visit.

“Brilliant place to stay”
Reviewed 31 January 2016 for a stay in January 2016

Stayed for 10 days whilst working in the area and it was brilliant, really nice couple who own the cottage and couldn't have been more helpful. Made the two weeks working away from home a lot easier! Would highly recommend it to any one staying in the area.

“Comfortable, modern cottage set amongst stunning scenery”
Reviewed 1 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

What a delightful little cottage which has been nicely fitted out and furnished by the owner Paul. The place was very comfortable and warm. Not too far from Cardigan and a great base from which to explore the picturesque coast of Cardigan Bay.
The cottage is well fitted out with a nice clean modern kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs upstairs is a large bedroom and en suite shower and toilet. Paul, the owner, was very helpful on arrival and gave some great advice on places to see and do locally. Most notably Mwnt which is about 2 miles away and a great place to start a coastal walk which we did to Cardigan. During the course of which we spotted a large pod of dolphins swimming just off the coast.
Although there was a wi-do router in a nearby building we never actually managed to connect up, but three days without t'internet was no great hardship.

Management Response

Thank you for the feedback.

Wifi issue turned out to be the access point in the adjoining cottage having lost its connection with the main router. Sorry for the inconvenience, but sorted now.

“Another Lovely Week”
Reviewed 11 August 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We came for what has become our annual visit in May and had another happy week.

We were able to see around Cardigan castle mansion and grounds which are now open to the public and spent a day at Picton Castle.

The cottage is ideally situated for days out in Ceredigion and Pembrokshire and is very comfortable.
