“Great spot for visiting Tokyo”
Reviewed 12 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We were a group of 3 friends and stayed there for 4 nights.

Pros:
- Apartment is really clean and new. Great for 3 people. Everything was as described.
- Great location in Asakusa district. Easy to get there and really quiet neighbourhood. There are a bunch of supermarkets nearby and its really easy to get to the rest of the city by metro.
- Really cheap compared to the rest of similarly priced accomodations in Tokyo.
- Wifi works really well.

Cons:
- Beds aren't that confortable, one of us had to sleep in a sofa bed, but nothing very dramatic considering the price.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced accomodation in Tokyo (way better than a hostel), this is your place.

I was only here for three days, but I really enjoyed the property and its location! The property was a nice place to get some rest from the madness that is Tokyo. Cozy, quiet, and clean. Apartment comes with everything you would find in a normal apartment and the owner has translations and instructions printed in English for the appliances.

I was traveling with one other person and we still had plenty of room to walk around and spread out. You can see the Tokyo Skytree from the apartment room balcony (just look left, really left). Great access to snack food, as there is a 7/11 and LIFE supermarket less than a minute's walk away.

Senso-Ji Temple is about a 10 minute walk away, and it is great for gift buying! Hundreds of local shops line the pathway to the temple. Prices were cheap relative to the rest of the souvenir shops in and around Tokyo.

For those holding the Japan Rail pass, it is cheapest to take the JR Yamanote line to Ueno Station, then purchase a subway ticket on the Ginza Line to Asakusa Station. The fare is 170 yen, but it that price is minuscule for the experience.

Overall a great property and experience!
