This hotel was a positive surprise to me. The room was very small but the big window and beautiful view made it seem bigger. It was lovely to sit in my bed and admire the skyline at night. Staff was average, decent English skills. The room's curtains had small holes in them, but otherwise the room was clean and in shape.
It's quite noisy. Lots of aggressive sounding firetrucks passing by at night. There is a big screen just across the road from the hotel which plays loud music videos during days and evenings, but it shuts down for the night.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the Shinjuku-sanchome metro station and the Shinjuku train station so the connections are good. The restaurants nearby seem very average.I recommend visiting Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden nearby.More
