Stayed 4 nights at Junior suite. Spacious and clean room that was well equipped with kitchenette, microwave, washing machine, iron, etc.

The hotel provides this portable handy device which was helpful for us to get around- very thoughtful.

It is just a short walk from Okubo station and is near to Shin-Okubo station as well. One station to Shinjuku expressway bus terminal for airport limousine. A lot of eateries, convenience shops and a super mart just around the corner.

What impressed me most was the excellent customer service. My carelessness to leave behind item upon check-out. Appreciate the hotel officers’ patience and prompt email replies.

My heartfelt thanks especially to Honami-san. Your kind gesture will remain in my memory. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your stay and reviews.

We are very glad you liked us.

The room you stayed "Junior suite "was refurbished one, so it is new ,functional and comfy to stay.
This room always has a king size bed, as needed we can prepare a sofa bed and a roll-away bed
therefore, this room can accommodate up to 4 people.

As you mentioned, this room is equipped with a kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave and so forth,
so this one is suitable for families and long-term stay guests.

The proximity to 2 JR train stations, a lot of restaurants , some convenience stores , pharmacies,
supermarkets from us is one of our advantages.

Particularly, we are honored that you evaluated our service well.

Actually, although Honami is a newly hired employee, she is very efficient and has a excellent hospitality towards guests.

We all look forward to welcoming you again down the road.

Yours faithfully,

Toshiyuki Shirai

Stayed at Hundred stay late dec/early Jan in the Junior Suite and loved it. After staying at a few different places around Japan this was by far the best. It is so much roomier than everywhere else we stayed (tad more expensive but worth it!) It is close to the train, has lots of shops and restaurants nearby including “my basket” for food, drinks and snacks. Room has a great view of Shinjuku. Reception staff not overly friendly, but other than that five stars for this hotel!

Thank you for your stay and reviews.

First of all, we have to improve the quality of receptionists

Honestly speaking, we were very shocked to hear five stars for this hotel except the quality of receptionists.
We are committed to providing top-quality service that satisfies customers' needs.

Most of our rooms were refurbished,so they are functional and comfy to stay .
We have a lot of kinds of rooms to accommodate customers' needs.

Some rooms have kitchens and washing machines for families and long-term stay guests.

A good location is one of our strengths.
As you referred to, a lot of restaurants, some supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies congregate
nearby. 2 JR train stations are also close to us .

We all look forward to welcoming you with high quality service again in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Toshiyuki Shirai

We stayed 8 nights in Dec 2018. We had a Jr. Suite to fit 4 adults. The suite was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, utensils, safe, two TVs, two humidifiers, two thermostats (one for living room and one for bedroom), slippers, one bottle of water per person per day, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair brush, hair ties, Q-tips, razors, a smart phone for your use with free international calls, wifi, firm beds, and fresh towels everyday. The bedroom door is a sliding door and does not have a lock (not a problem for us), and the sliding door to the bathroom (does not have a toilet; the toilet is in a separate room next to bedroom) does not have a lock either, but it opens up to the washing machine and a sink, then there is a lockable door to the bath/shower area. The bath/shower area is like a big shower room with a bath tub in it, meaning as soon as you step into the room, you are stepping on shower tiles. That area has a drain, and the bath tub is sitting on the side of that room. There is no shower curtain or door around the tub, but you can shower in there and let the water splash out onto the floor because that area has a drain. You would leave your slippers outside of the door. Just treat it like a big shower room. It sounds weird and probably is to most people from the U.S., but it didn't take anything away from the hotel because they do an excellent job cleaning everyday, so that tiled floor always felt clean. The hotel is also situated in a convenient area. You go downstairs and there are restaurants, tea places, and two nearby train stations serving different lines. From the Chuo-Sobu Line, the station is Okubo which is nearest the hotel at a 2-3 min. walk. A little farther, like a 6 min. walk is the Shin-Okubo station of the Yamanote Line. Both stations are not that crowded. We have come home close to 11pm at night and there were still plenty of people on the street and it felt quite safe. After 10pm, you need your room key to get into the hotel and also to open the door to the elevators. Their service is friendly and the breakfast (which our room included) was decent. 3 breads, rolls, croissants, fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages, ham, cheese, cereal, juices, milk, coffee, lattes, soup from a dispenser. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever go back to Tokyo.

along "Ookubo street".

Even if late at night, the street is crowed with a bunch of multinational people, however, it's safe to walk alone.

For security reason, since the main entrance is automatically locked from 11 pm to 7 am ,you are required to insert a room key into slot and remove it to open.

With regard to breakfast, we are improving it to add some dishes.

We all look forward to welcoming you again down the road .

Stayed in the family suite with kitchen for 5 nights. The location is 5 mins walk to Okubo and 8 mins to Shin Okubo station. There are plenty of eateries nearby and a small supermarket below. The place is more like a service apartment rather than a hotel. Breakfast is pretty limited (mainly some bread, eggs, ham/sausages, lettuce and granola/corn flakes. Service is not too bad but the ventilation for my room is not too good.

If you are expecting the facilities or services of a full fledge hotel, this is not the place. The place is also about 25 to 30 mins walk to the bustling shopping area of Shinjuku. If you looking for shopping you will need to take the train or walk to Shinjuku.

With respect to breakfast, we are planning to improve it to add some dishes.
Regarding the ventilation, the room you stayed has got a ventilation switch in the bathroom.
However, the signage is written in Japanese so you might haven't noticed it.

We would like to advance it.

We all look forward to welcoming you again.

location is great close to 2 subway stations- Okubo and Shin Okubo. Many shops and restaurants nearby..
We stayed in a family suite which was perfect for us- 2 adults and 4 children.

Small kitchenette - microwave , cooker and a washing machine and dryer which was useful especially with 4 kids.
Staff was friendly and was able to answer our queries.
Breakfast was basic but it was sufficient.

We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely return next time we are in Tokyo
