I really like this hotel. Perfect location and good service. Very close to Shibuya station. You can go anywhere including the airport. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights on arrival Tokyo. The rooms are very spacious by Tokyo standards, and immaculately clean. The hotel is adjacent to Shibuya station, but our rooms were very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and free tea, coffee and amenities are provided. A smartphone is available for the duration of your stay, allowing internet access while out and about, as well as free calls. This hotel is excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this based on previous trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. For your money, you get a small room with some amenities.

Positives
+ great location
+ decent coffee available for no charge at reception
+ a few places within 5 minutes walk offering breakfast

Neutral
- hard as nails bed (relative to western hotels)

Negative
- its a small room, even the superior room for two! Very manageable unless you are on the large side

Our family has stayed here for several nights, in two rooms on 14th floor. We are facing the street but haven’t had any noise issues. There is a lot of construction in Shibuya due to the Olympics though.
This is a great location, right up the exit from the station particularly when arriving on NEX. It’s only 10 min walk to the Shibuya crossing with a heap of great restaurants very close by. There is a Lawsons across the street too.
The room is OK size for Tokyo, we have plenty of room for luggage and a desk and chair.
There is a bath too, with complementary bath salts in reception, along with amenities and tea and coffee.
I’d stay here again.

This hotel has some good pluses but also some drawbacks. The pluses include being adjacent to Shibuya Station. So if you take the Narita Express into or out of Tokyo, you have only a very short walk and an escalator to or from the hotel. This was very useful for our travel with suitcases. The hotel is modern and you can get all the coffee you want from their fresh-brew machine in the lobby. And the coffee is good. The drawbacks are that the rooms are quite small and the bed is too. One of us slept flush against the wall, without a nightstand or a reading light. The English proficiency of the staff at reception is spotty at best. So asking a question or expressing a concern can be a challenge. Fortunately there are usually several on duty at a time, so you have a good chance that one of them can talk with you. The location is pretty good in that you have a ten minute walk toward downtown Shibuya with all its bright lights and shops.

Room tip: Consider getting a room on the street side. That street is not that noisy and you are away from the coming and going of the trains.
