This Hotel was like any other good business hotel. It has all the amenities that you need to make sure your trip is hassle free. It is not about charm or local character which is something that I look for. That's the reason I gave it 3 stars - not because there was anything wrong, I just thought it was average. One complaint - there was quite a line for breakfast, so my first morning I was forced to go without as I did not have time to wait.

Shame the trip was so busy that I didn't see much of the place. Excellent views from one of the tallest buildings in the centre of the city. Very good location to see the city at its best with Tokyo tower only half a mile from the hotel. Rooms much bigger than some of the cheaper hotels in the city.

Wow, what an amazing hotel. This is truly a 5 star hotel, and the level of service in the club lounge made it more like a 6!

We stayed here for two nights in June 2016. Upon check in, we were given a complimentary upgrade and had a great view of the Tokyo tower. Unfortunately, when we checked in, our room had a strong unpleasant smell. We spoke to housekeeping and they provided a air purifier which was helpful.

We spent a little time exploring the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, and the buffet looked top notch. We didn't actually eat at any of the restaurants, because we spent most of our eating times up in the club lounge or out in the city.

Speaking of the club lounge, the hotel will tell you that they have the biggest hotel club lounge in Tokyo. The best part though, was the level of service. I would argue that they have the best club lounge service! I can't praise the manager, Junko, her assistant manager, supervisor, and rest of staff (including intern, Nao) enough! Besides helping us book a spa appointment the same day, book the airport limo bus, recommend restaurants, what we really enjoyed was getting to know them as people. It was great talking to them about their city, their travels, and what they love about their hotel.

When it came to the food and drinks at the lounge, these were truly delicious and presented very professionally! We tried the breakfast, which was almost like a full buffet, as well as the happy hour, which was basically a dinner. There are also snacks and non alcoholic drinks in the afternoon. There were always plenty of drinks to go around, whether you wanted a custom cafe latte in the morning, or special cocktail in the evening. One tip though is to get there early, because the best tables next to the Windows tend to fill up first. However, the couches were very comfortable for lounging.

We did book a massage treatment and while not a big facility, it was still very relaxing and a nice way to end our anniversary trip. We also spent some time at the gym. The facility was pretty impressive, and had all the weights and machines I would expect from a high end hotel. We were surprised that there was a fee to use the pool. It wasn't pool weather when we were there, but we did walk around and check it out.

I look forward to visiting this hotel again! Tokyo is a fantastic city and I would highly recommend staying here if you can. Oh, and do yourself a favor and visit the club lounge. The view is awesome and you'll get to meet Junko and her team!

This was a very unhappy experience and I have many issues. 4,000 yen to use swimming pool. Service attitude very low. Will never use again. Room was poor quality and was not cleaned correctly. Breakfast very good and I give them one star for the quality.

An international hotel chain with the service that you would expect of these kind of hotels. Very good rooms, nice breakfast buffet, a lot of very good but pricey restaurants to choose from and the fully proactive staff at reception and especially very helpful people at the concierge.
However the service in the breakfast area lacks a little speed and attention, such as watch for fully loaded too small tables with empty plates, or me asking for something ...
They have a nice drip coffee maker in the room whereas I would prefer the Nespresso type but that's more if a local taste.
Surely the room prices are on the higher side but it is Tokyo and not a provincial place.
Not my first time here and I will still return again.
