This hotel is very old fashion. The rooms are clean but old. The most disappointed for me was the fitness room. You must pay additional fees to have access to the fitness center of the hotel. Not speaking about massage or sauna. But the basic gym access is extra charge and not included in hotel room price. At least not in mine and seems not in the one of my colleagues too.

5 Star and deserved of 10. All employees are customer oriented and focused on ensuring that expectations are exceeded in every way. The executive floor is the only way to go if you want to have the ultimate and glorious experience in Tokyo. Our room on floor 18 was incredible. The spacious and well designed room had the equivalent view of the highest towers in Japan. The most important and wonderful aspect of this hotel is the staff! I have supervised up to 1500 and worked for great companies. I am extremely picky about the hotels I stay in (especially when over $500/night). I have zero complaints. Thank you, Sir Yamamoto. Thank you to the entire crew of incredible people. We love Japan because of you! Arigato!

Room tip: Executive level.

Stayed here many times - very relaxing and comfortable.Great service with a smile , staff are so welcoming.
Great quiet location, lovely walking neighborhood.
The Scotts Bar is the best.Traditional low key bar with exceptional service.
Next to TCAT, easy access to Narita.

The Royal Park Hotel at Nihombashi always delivers with its sense of elegance, their short walk proximity to the TCAT airport Limousine bus terminal, and their consistent attention to service. The bathrooms in many rooms have been upgraded to a walk-in rain shower with water pressure that puts hotels in the USA to shame. I always stay at the executive level with access to the attentive staff of the lounge who always recognize their visitors especially ones like me that may stay 2 - 3 times per year. Breakfast in the exec lounge with custom made omelets/eggs any style, always satisfies, and the lobby restaurant is always on point for a quick business lunch with colleagues. I've eaten at most of the restaurants in this hotel over the years and you cannot go wrong with any of them. My favorite is the Tepanyaki restaurant on the 20th floor. All inside eateries have a hotel guest discounted option that is well worth the price. If you stay, do take the time to enjoy the pool and the intensely hot water Jacuzzi spa which is located separate for men and women. It's a great way to soak away the jet lag. If weather permits you can quickly walk or jog over to the riverside promenades for an early morning workout. Great location and wonderful hotel.

First of all the location is next to the TCAT, you can get a limo bus to TCAT from both Narisa and Haneda. Subway is just in the basement, what else you need. You can get both subway and limo bus tickets from the front desk.
Rooms are spacious and neat. You get a mobile device, so no need for international roaming, you can call any international number from this device. It has espresso machine, so saves cost of a morning coffee

I guess with a noble intent to conserve energy, the aircon temp is probably set high. You get a weird smell once you enter the room, goes away in few hours once the Aircon is on.

It’s got five good restaurants, gym and spa.
Everyone is very courteous and helpful.

Overall a comfortable stay
