Stayed here many times - very relaxing and comfortable.Great service with a smile , staff are so welcoming.
Great quiet location, lovely walking neighborhood.
The Scotts Bar is the best.Traditional low key bar with exceptional service.
Next to TCAT, easy access to Narita.

The Royal Park Hotel at Nihombashi always delivers with its sense of elegance, their short walk proximity to the TCAT airport Limousine bus terminal, and their consistent attention to service. The bathrooms in many rooms have been upgraded to a walk-in rain shower with water pressure that puts hotels in the USA to shame. I always stay at the executive level with access to the attentive staff of the lounge who always recognize their visitors especially ones like me that may stay 2 - 3 times per year. Breakfast in the exec lounge with custom made omelets/eggs any style, always satisfies, and the lobby restaurant is always on point for a quick business lunch with colleagues. I've eaten at most of the restaurants in this hotel over the years and you cannot go wrong with any of them. My favorite is the Tepanyaki restaurant on the 20th floor. All inside eateries have a hotel guest discounted option that is well worth the price. If you stay, do take the time to enjoy the pool and the intensely hot water Jacuzzi spa which is located separate for men and women. It's a great way to soak away the jet lag. If weather permits you can quickly walk or jog over to the riverside promenades for an early morning workout. Great location and wonderful hotel.

First of all the location is next to the TCAT, you can get a limo bus to TCAT from both Narisa and Haneda. Subway is just in the basement, what else you need. You can get both subway and limo bus tickets from the front desk.
Rooms are spacious and neat. You get a mobile device, so no need for international roaming, you can call any international number from this device. It has espresso machine, so saves cost of a morning coffee

I guess with a noble intent to conserve energy, the aircon temp is probably set high. You get a weird smell once you enter the room, goes away in few hours once the Aircon is on.

It’s got five good restaurants, gym and spa.
Everyone is very courteous and helpful.

Overall a comfortable stay

We managed to book a 3-bed room here (not easy in Tokyo) for myself, wife and adult daughter when we had to escape Kyoto early because of the approaching typhoon.
Then our Emirates flight was postponed for a day (typhhon warning again) so had to book another night which we were very happy to do.
It turned out to be an excellent choice, should be 5-star if it isn't.
Our room gave us access to the executive lounge on the top 20th floor. which had a wonderful birds-eye view of the city.
Great extensive buffet breakfast in there. Then free coffee and cakes all day 11 to 5.
Incredibly then free cocktails, wine, beer, etc from 5 to 8 with even more free food at another extensive buffet - enough to fill up without bothering with a restaurant.
All this included in the room rate which we thought was terrific value compared to anything similar in London, say.
I did go to the Symphony restaurant alone on the 2nd night which offered a good value fixed price 4-courses fo staying guests (reviewed separately.
Another advantage was the airport bus station across the road (3 minutes) where we got a tourist discount rate for the ride to Narita.
Very highly recommended.

Room tip: Executive room worth the extra for all the freebies

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice when traveling for work, a subway station is located right there, you don’t have to go outdoors (perfect on those rainy days). A bus station is across the street to easily and cheaply get to and from the airport. The rooms are decent size, especially for Tokyo. The
breakfast buffet on 20th floor provides a variety of options, with a chef who will make eggs anyway you like, and amazing city views.
Only complaint is that cocktails at the hotel bar are very expensive.
