I stayed at the hotel for five night and was not disappointed.

It's in an excellent location - it's right next to Bakurocho subway station - which means you can get to almost anywhere in the city without much hassle.

Our room was small (all hotel rooms are in Tokyo) but had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had view of the Skytree.

Breakfast was good with a varied choice with catered to both asian and western tastes. There was also some sort of egg dish, and the usual breads, meats and cereals.

I really like the small touches the hotel did like having free umbrellas available in receptons for guests to use when it was raining, having a chart on the wall which told you what the weather for the next few days was going to be like and having a menu of 'extras' such as ice pillows which guests could request.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights and we felt very comfortable. The location is very good, just at the exit from the Bakurocho subway station, 2 stops from Tokyo main station. Rooms small, but very clean. Big and comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast and also free coffee corner after 2pm. Reception is at 2nd floor and there is no real lobby, so you can only sit in the breakfast area or in your room. The price was very good and we would stay there again.

Room is small as other business hotel, clean, convenience location to either Tokyo metro station or JR station even just next to the door of hotel.
Breakfast is included for all guests, you can safe the money for breakfast and good for your budget.
