I can’t add much that hasn’t been said in all the great reviews of this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our 3 week trip, and it lived up to everything that was promised. The staff went out of their way to help us. We wanted to find a traditional raccoon dog statue as a gift on our last day. The staff called around, found a shop for us, and let us know exactly how many the store had in stock. They did not miss a beat from making dinner suggestions/reservations, to having our safe fixed, or providing us a motion sensor light for the room. Everyone there spoke excellent English, which was the best we encountered at any establishment around the country.
As for the rooms: beautiful, clean, a good size and very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Great area to stay: less than a 10 minute walk to many places of interest including Akihabara and the Kanda area (check out the boutiques and dining at Maach Ecute).
Worth the price we paid. Definitely will go here the next time we are in Tokyo!
Tip: There is a fantastic and authentic (no English menu, but helpful staff) little tonkatsu and restaurant right around the corner, which is a must try!More
