We stayed here for 6 nights, On arrival we were a bit shocked about how small the room was, but once we had come to terms with that, the plusses far outweighed the smallness of the room,
WiFi was excellent and the free breakfast (a small box which contains a scrambled egg breakfast and a pack of 4 small finger sandwiches ) were really good, free coffee and orange juice are also available between 7 and 9am, The staff show you how to work the microwaves and are really attentive,
The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Jimbocho metro, so it is reakky easy to get around Tokyo

I stayed four nights here on a business trip. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are as small as they are elsewhere in Tokyo but very clean and convenient with a small fridge. Free Wifi works stable in the room. The breakfast consists of some sandwiches and poached egg with sides to be warmed up in the microwave; coffee and hot water for tea bags, orange juice. Nothing spectacular but enough to get started.
The hotel is close to the Jimbocho metro station, from there it is only two stops (to Hibiya) and a five minute walk to the Ginza shopping mile. There is Ginza Hands, part of the Tokyo Hands store chain, where you can buy everything including Japanese kitchen knifes and other cooking stuff.
You can also reach all major tourist attractions via metro.
It took me exactly one hour to get back to Haneda airport by metro, you only have to change once on this trip (570 Yen). Arriving in Tokyo, I had bought a tourist daypass which is available for 1.200 Yen at the airport. With that, you can use all the metro lines the whole day long.
There are many small restaurants in the area, also stores that are open late to buy food or drinks.

We only stayed one night, however i would have loved to have stayed for all 5 nights we were in Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful! The location was very close to the Jimbocho metro station and a 5-10min easy walk to JR Ochanomizu station (with 2 McDonalds on the way - haha). The room itself was small, however what isn't small in Japan?... It was very clean and had everything you needed. We had breakfast included in our stay and had access to free wifi in the lobby. I would definitely stay again :)

Room Tip: Non smoking room!!!

This hotel is very close to the metro Jimbocho station and approximately 7 minutes walk to a JR station. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of there way to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very clean and although small (Tokyo hotels are small) had everything you needed. The hotel is off the main road so is very quiet. The breakfast is small, but served its purpose. The hotel allows you to leave your bag when you check out for the day.

I would recommend this hotel.
