Found on the second floor of the building it occupies, Cat Cafe Mocha operates on a 'pay as you stay' basis, at time of writing this is 200 yen every 10 minutes you stay plus an initial fee for unlimited drinks from the two drinks machines available.
There are many cats which are obviously very used to attention from customers, they are very relaxed and most aren't particularly playful. The cafe itself is nicely decorated and has a very relaxing atmosphere, there are also some games consoles that you can play on if you need a break from the cats.
Overall my experience at Cat Cafe Mocha was a good one, the staff spoke good english too. My only criticism would be that your time in the cafe starts from the minute you buy your initial unlimited drinks ticket in then entrance hall which can mean that if there is a wait to get a drink or retrieve your slippers that must be worn in the cafe then you've already wasted a decent chunk of your first 10 minutes. I also found the 200 yen per 10 minutes to be a little expensive if you intend spend more than an hour at the cafe.
