“Fabulous Bolthole”
Reviewed 20 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

I'm not sure why I bothered to pack my suitcase for this trip - the cottage has everything!
Sue the owner really has thought of everything and has provided a full range of good-quality kitchen equipment, a decent hairdryer, bits for day's out such as a picnic blanket and much more. They've even kindly provided a local discount card and car parking pass.
The cottage is small but perfectly formed - ideal for a romantic break. The terraces are lovely - you'll need to summon your inner mountain goat but it's worth the effort.
Cleanliness second to none - please come and do my house too??
If stairs are an issue for you the terraces would probably be inaccessible and the front step requires reasonable dexterity too!
Ideally located with several key attractions within a hour's drive. We visited the motor museum, Salisbury Cathedral and Kingston Lacy. There are several National Trust properties nearby.
We had a lovely meal at Lime Wood on Sue's recommendation and enjoyed a takeaway one evening too. The Wooden Spoon is a convenient walk away and very friendly for a drink - though the food wasn't as good as we'd hoped. Perhaps it was an off night as other reviewers seemed to like it!
I've already recommended the cottage to my friends and would happily visit again.

“Lovely, lovely, lovely!!!”
Reviewed 14 March 2015 for a stay in January 2015

Apologies Sue, for being so slow in adding our review. It has no bearing on the quality of the accommodation, which was spotless and completely fantastic!! Had a really wonderful 8 night stay in Little Terraces with everything anyone could possibly need totally catered for. So much thought has been put into this lovely cottage there is no way anyone could be disappointed. Cosy log burner, comfy sofa, luxury bedding on a quality bed, what more could you ask. Great location, ideal for pubs, walks and drives to different places. We couldn't have wished for more and Sue looked after us like we were family. Hope to stay at Little Terraces again before too long. Thanks for everything Sue. Sure you'll have a busy year!!
