In a beautiful location, the restaurant has everything to be wonderful but...
If you do not reserve you risk either becoming a boiled lobster or start developing skin cancer.
People that arrive without reservation are offered the possibility of getting the tables that are free and usually these are the ones totally exposed to the sun.
You are kindly offered a hat but what you really want is to finish your meal and get out of there as soon as possible.
Concerning the food in my humble opinion it is acceptable.
Please, keep in mind and make a reservation!!!

We picked this restaurant because of the menu and the view overlooking the harbour. We came by dinghy from the anchorage across the Ria and tied up at the fishing pier. We were told we wouldn't get a table but we arrived early and got a choice spot on the harbourfront terrace. We had a very nice young waiter whose English wasn't great but he managed to explain to us a few of the specials. I had scallops - cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. My husband had a local fish which was also prepared very well. The sunset was spectacular and we were pleased.

An off the beaten path spot. Food is affordably priced. Nice local wine selections. Seafood offerings are really good. Beef offering left a bit to be desired. Natural resulr considering location. Glad we went.

I returned to the restaurant "O Con de Aldan" 2 years later (3 years?). The location is very good, with good views of the bay (ria), but I think the kitchen got worse. I hope I'm wrong.

This little restaurant snuggled at the end of the Ria de Aldan is a delight. Maria the owner is charming and runs a bustling business, serving great local food with a flourish. The restaurant is situated on the edge of the bay and you can sit under lovely awning and relax in the setting sun.
We savoured pulpo with potatoes, fresh sardines and delectable rice with inky squid (chocos). This came with a perfect bottle of Alborino. Prices are super reasonable.
