The service and the food are what made this hotel a very special place for me during an extended 3 week stay.
A delightful smile by Kajol at breakfast leads to an exquisite feast with the highest level of service under Ishanks’s management. Amongst the many in the team, Bhaivav and Surendra provide a personalised service. It’s a tough start to the day when the most difficult decision is dosa by Adesh or omelette by Himanshu. At lunch, perky Shipra aka Guddi keeps one and all entertained, will give you a quick introduction to Bhalu and Bull, set you up with an appropriate nickname, and if you are lucky, invite you for a personalised coffee ( sorry Guddi, I didn’t make it back by 4pm) Deepak (Lambu) will reach out to replenish the plate while Monika will respectfully keep a watchful eye to be promptly at service when needed to ensure nothing is missed. The kebabs and freshly brewed beer, served with the highest level of service by the kebab team was just the best.
Room service by Chanchal and Biresh was of the highest standard and always with a smile.
This hotel is used a lot for weddings and parties. The happy wedding festivities sometimes start or end in the corridors and add to the flavour, although this may not be suitable if you are expecting a sound proof room. Lifts are a bit temperamental.
