I stayed here during a business trip. The rooms are small, yet well furnished. Wi-fi was ok. The food was a bit pricey but fine. The rooms doesn't have much of a window, so for a short stay, it is manageable. Check-in and check-outs take some time.
I stayed in this Hotel for couple of days… and the experience was fantastic. Must say the Hotel is well kept and the staff is co-operative. The food was well better than what I expected. Being right behind Kaushambhi Metro station…. Commuting is not a problem. Highly recommended for family and business visitors.
Hotel is very good for stay, rooms were clean, interiors were good, access to metro is easy. Its just 2 minutes from Kaushambi station, reception ppl are friendly. Breakfast in the morning is decent. Food is very expensive in d hotel, so we never orderd from that.
Cons: Wifi access is bad. U never get wifi in your room.
Worst hotel ever,missed my bus so i booked this hotel in hurry,checkin was not good,internet not working,dirtiest room(203) i hv seen at this price,tv was not working ,stained bedsheets,unhygenic washroom,so dey changed the room(108) bt the same prob in 108 also even dere phone was not working in dat room,some drunk guy was shouting in reception area with a gun in his hand,m writing this review while m still in this worthless n useless hotel waiting for the change of room AGAIN......so believe me its da worst one.I strongly suggest to remove this hotel frm MMT n all other sites...terribles rating is also not enough for this hotel,n i finally m seping in same room after 2hours of checkin ...still tv is not fixed :) godbless all
Checkout was not pleasant as the staff who checked us in did not file the necessary documents in his system and at the time of check in we faced delay and unnecessary hassle as the clerk checking us out was getting confused.
Also, my booking said complementary breakfast but hotel did not serve us saying we already have booked on a very low tarriff. Else, hotel is ata great location right at the Kaushambi metro station. Very close to Anand Vihar ISBT and Railway terminal. Clean and friendly service staff.
