Booked taxi for day trip to Taj mahal on Nov.28. Requested a driver who spoke English when making the booking and nothing was communicated to me to advise that none was available.
Received a driver who spoke only Hindi and understood a little bit of Punjabi. It was very difficult communicating with him as I could not speak Hindi, only Punjabi and he only understood a little bit of Punjabi. This made it difficult to talk to him and ask any questions. His driving was aggressive, chatting/texting on the phone, he started yelling at other drivers. I am pretty sure it wasn't anything nice he said by the tone of the voice although I could not understand exactly the words. Also, he was on paan or something else, kept opening the door and spitting out the window while driving. His driving seemed to become worse on the drive home as it had become nightfall and it became an element of danger my husband experienced as he sat in the front seat. He would not recommend driving or being passenger at night.
The price initially quoted was inclusive of all taxes, tolls and parking in online chat. Then it was changed to plus parking. I did note anywhere the driver actually paid parking but was still charged 250 rupees. Also, at the end of the trip, regardless of everything we were still going to give the driver a small tip but did not have change but only had big bills 500 rupee bills and he would not provide any change so ended up taking more than his service deserved. The driver had change as earlier he had requested part of the payment to pay to fill up the car...which again I thought was unprofessional and not mentioned at the beginning.
Also, the driver was pushing his 1000 rupee tour guide for the Taj mahal.
At the end of the trip, my husband was glad we had made it safely.

The support service was excellent, the driver was professional, efficient and soft spoken, and the cab provided was good. The driver dropped us timely to the Airport. Thanks Team for helping us out.

Everything went well, we had booked cab for 5 days with taxibazaar for jaisalmer trip.. Driver took us to all the local places as told and customer team was very friendly and courteous.
