We stayed with a group of eleven people in the self-contained units. The cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts was brilliant. The facilities were scrupulously clean and the setting was breathtaking. You could walk into Locorotondo in fifteen minutes. There is so much to do and see in the area we would love to go back again.
Rosanna & Booking
When booking we used the website itself and had contact with Rosanna via email and went smooth. In person Rosanna is really nice, has social skills, is an expert on the region and was there when needed. no question goes unanswered and is able to guide you to the better places.
We had rented the appartement Trullo del Mandorlo (most pictures on TA are from this trullo). We were only with the two of us in a 5 p. appartement, so we had more than enough space. Every room has it's own pointy roof. and as there are 3 bathrooms (with shower and toilet), 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, it is quite a sight. There is a nice outside sitting area with a mosquito net around it and provides just enough privacy. The BBQ is a bit far from this sitting area, but as the trulli are white I can imagine the reason behind it. The kitchen is nice, enough room for one person and a big dishwasher. The cuttlery however needs some replacement, most of the knives are broken and feel a bit cheap. The living area is nice and spacious and with regards the bedroom, we only used 1, but the bed was comfortable and room is cool in temperature wise (30C outside). The bathroom next to this bedroom is perfect and is looking good in every detail. The bath is big enough for 2 people.
The site itself felt a bit unfinished. The entrance could be nicer and around the trulli itself some bushes or flowers would not be a bad idea. This does not affect the quality of your stay and is probably still on the list seeing how young the site is. All trulli are well build, look good and have a nice sitting area. Except Trullo del Fico which only has a table with 2 chairs, but quite in the open. The swimming pool is a nice addition, but my tip would be to go to the beach at Polignano a Mare (30 minutes).
Locorotondo is just 2 kilometers away and is a nice village to go to. Most likely you will find yourself there a couple of times. Alberobello is just 15 minutes away by car. Lecce and Bari an hour.
if you are doubting to go to Otranto (one and a half hour) the coastal road to Leuca is beautiful and fun to drive.

We were met in central Locorotondo by Rosanna who was such a helpful and cheerful host. She led us to Trulli Angela which was exactly as described on the web site and looked as wonderful as in the pictures. We have no hesitation in recommending this Trullo stay and will be back again when we visit Puglia n the future.
We spent a very relaxing, peaceful week in Trulli Angela in a very comfortable and beautifully restored "trullo". The location was very pretty, with lovely views of the countryside, and was well positioned so we could reach near Locorotondo in a few minutes. Other attractive places such as Cisternino or Martina Franca were also within easy reach with a short drive. The accommodation was comfortable and peaceful and the service attentive. Definitely a place we would go to again.
We spent 4 glorious nights in Trulli Angela. The first thing that strikes you is the wonderful white rooftops then the calmness of it all. The trullis are set in beautiful grounds in a quite area but within walking distance to the town. Rossana the host is full of good ideas for restaurants and visits. I truely recommend it
