We'd read reviews so took a 10 minute stroll to Es 4 Vents on our second night in Algaida.

We were early by Spanish standards but it began to fill up as time went on. Traditional Majorcan dishes in a very traditional Spanish restaurant. The portions were absolutely huge but equally delicious.

Well worth visiting if in the areas. Great quality throughout.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner. My wife enjoyed tender rabbit and I had lamb, also excellent. We highly recommend this place if you want to go to a really nice restaurant with excellent price value relationship.

We decided to visit last night having driven past the place on numerous occasions over the past 15 years or so. I cannot believe how good it was. We arrived at 7:30pm which was 30 mins too early as there was nobody there. Our initial concerns were soon changed when more families started arriving from 8:00pm.
Gazpacho soup, ham croquettes and fried fish were ordered for starters - all lovely and big in size. Cod and veg paella, fillet steak, lamb chops (and chicken for our 5 year old) were all ordered. All absolutely gorgeous and perfectly cooked.
The waiters are very 'old school' and very attentive. Not much smiling, but good sense of humour. Ice creams, sorbets and creme brûlée ordered for dessert- all spot on. Our waiter produced chuppa chup lollipops for the kids with the bill, and an aniseed liquor for the adults which was a nice finish. With a fabulous bottle of local rose wine with the meal our bill was just over 200 euros for 4 adults, two teenagers and a 5 year old.
I cannot recommend this place enough, based on the fact that we have eaten at many other places in the area over the years.

Have been coming to this restaurant off and on for over 20 years. Sometimes good and sometimes not so we stopped eating there for a while. Recently though the food
and ambience is back up to standard and more. Tonight we dined outside, alioli, delicious local olives and divine bread. Dont need
a starter! lamb and steak, beer, wine and water ...52 euros ... bargain and totally tasty and delicious ... back on our list again!
