A perfect location! Not very far from Munnar town, yet away from the hustle. Though not set in tea plantations, it's an excellent place to stay with tall trees surrounding you. We had stayed in Mint villa which is an individual 2 bedroom villa, ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids. Most of the reviews talk about the steep walk to the restaurant which is true, but the resort provides you a vehicle which is just a call away.

This is our second visit to Tall Trees and I must say it has surpassed our already wonderful first experience.
The property is second to none. The rooms (we stayed in the family cottage) were extremely comfortable and the views were mind-blowing. The whole property is so well maintained and it wholeheartedly does justice to its luxury tag. Great value for money. The staff are so friendly and professional. We took the evening stress free walk with a lad named Rai who was so professional and courteous. The walk was outside the hotel and around 3km in total with great views and surroundings. The Hill Spice restaurant has the best and freshest food we have had in Munnar. The vegetables are so fresh and the meat so juicy and well cooked. Ajo George the manager has a wonderful team that catered to our late lunches and breakfasts with no hesitation and smile on their faces. The evening campfire in the cold misty fog was memorable. Apparently they have revamped all the rooms since our last stay and have done a wonderful job in doing so. They have a natural wee waterfall outside the restaurant which you must experience bare feet and had the freshest water ever! Overall a great experience and a must-visit property in Munnar.

it was a great experience-a home away from home-the rooms were good and the service was excellent-we had a trip in a jeep organized by the hotel-the trek up to the RajaMalai was probably the most memorable part of the whole visit..oh yes the hotel also organized a cake as a surprise birthday gift for my wife..

Without doubt one of the excellent hill resorts I ever stayed,
We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience, kids really enjoyed the environment, nature beauty and of course delicious food..
No doubt its pure pollution free and natural environment and friendly hospitality, a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Stayed Sept 1st week 2017, travelled with family.

Cheers...
