Walked to Torcigliano from Peralta through spring flowers and olive groves. The restaurant looks pretty ordinary - if clean and in a nice location overlooking the valley. The food, however, was amazing! The chef had really gone out of his way to prepare for one of our party who does not eat gluten. We dined on courgette quiche, mushroom pate on crisp toast, spinach filled ravioli, mushroom gnocchi, delicate meat filled ravioli. All lovely!
