I bought a bottle of wine at the supermarket nearby hotel, but could not open it since I didn't have opener. I asked at the reception to open the bottle, and the staff not only opening wine but also borrowed glasses, allowing me to have a truly wonderful evening.

Ideal for an overnight stay following a late flight or before an early flight, but not really suitable for any longer. Not too far from the airport but not near either.
Nothing near the hotel late night except McDonald's.
Triple room a bit cramped for any longer.
No kettle/coffee maker.
Good selection of breakfast items, pleasant, helpful staff.

It was a very pleasant stay although very short, because we were there to take an early fly. People at the hotel was very helpful and we appreciated very much the shuttle service from/to airport. Room was very confortable!

This is a very bad and dishonest hotel. I checked out on December 18, forgot that a wallet was in the room with a lot of cash in it, but called the hotel the next day and the hotel said that it had not seen it, which really made me very angry and disappointed

As a four star hotel, it is very basic and no frills: in some respects it resembles a good three star one. On the other hand, it has many positives: prices are very competitive and my room was comfortable and quiet . Breakfast , while basic and with few options overall, offers a surprising variety of good home made cakes. The location, while a charmless industrial area, has decent eating options and is of course great for the airport and for stopovers along the motorway.
One feature I appreciated very much were the very kind and helpful staff, all of them. This is of course also a credit to the management.
In sum, not ideal for romantic visits to Verona, but very functional for short stays in the area and business visits
