Excellent staff, who went out of their way to make this a comfortable and welcoming hotel. The breakfast staff in particular took a pride in being hospitable and friendly and the food served routinely at breakfast, in the bar and at light meals for business functions was excellent.

The hotel was a recommendation of a friend of mine. It offers modern cozy rooms for a fare rate.
There is also a fitness room and swimming area included.
The service is fantastic. They will help you with a solution in any case.

I don't know how many complaints I could write. First night I called to say I could not adjust the heating, it was too hot. I was told to open the window. In the morning, with my window opened, I was waked up by the airplanes noise. And Saturday night there was a party with loud music in an open place that I could hear from my room even with closed windows. And they advertise that it is a hotel where you can rest.... have a "lazy Sunday" or so. How could I?
And if you want to visit Verona... it's 15 km far!!!!

Room Tip: Couldn't say

Dear Flavia, we are very sorry to read about the disappointment in regards to your recent stay at our Hotel. We care about our customers’ satisfaction and we always do the best to fulfill our guests’ needs.
We have checked the happenings with our team members that were on duty during your stay and in regards to the heating: the only possibility for us was just to turn it off centrally for your room. That’s what the Reception staff did but as it is not possible to refresh the room with cold air conditioning during this season, it was suggested to eventually temporarily open the windows to cool the room down quicker.
The party on Saturday was a birthday taking place at the Bar; after your complaint the reception staff offered a room move to a quieter side of the Hotel. Events and parties may happen but the music stops regularly by midnight as per Hotel’s rules (generally applied by Italian law).
We regret to have unsatisfied customers but kindly rest assured that we did everything that was in our possibility to satisfy your needs. As always, we take our guests’ feedback as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have clarified some of the misunderstandings. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again to our property in the future, to have the opportunity to change your perception of our Hotel experience.

This monestry has been tastefully renovated into a modern hotel within a historical building and it works!! This hotel has the wow factor - the outside of the building and the grounds are very grand - the inside is very modern and tastefully decorated and furnished. Everyone who works in the hotel was helpful and friendly - the bistro and restaurant food was of a very high standard and well presented with some good local wine on offer. Free shuttle service into town (but not back) and too and from the airport. We will be coming back to this hotel hopefully in the near future.

We were a family of 4 staying in the hotel for 2 nights as a good option for enjoying the city Verona while escaping troublesome inner city driving and parking. As we visited the region during a heat wave it was also important for us to stay in a hotel with good swimming pool and air condition. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very nice and spacious room with very comfy beds and good climate control. We were not disturbed by any noise from the nearby airport. The hotel gym is excellent as well as the spa. The restaurant was ok but not really value for money. Service was ok apart from the check in staff not welcoming us upon arrival. We had to remind them of that it is somewhat customary to say welcome to new guests arriving.

Room Tip: Room 212 (called Yellow Spider - by the marble type which the room door is made of) was very good for a family of 4.
