this was a surprise for my birthday, we had a lovely stay. the staff were all very helpful and very attentive. The room was lovely and very clean, and the food was absolutely amazing!!!!!
We have visited this area many times but never visited the Beer quarry caves, this was an amazing place, very informative and lovely and cool on a warm day.
The wet fish shop on the left on the way to the beach is excellent, we enjoyed our mussels when we got back home.

Well done to The Dolphin Hotel xxxxx

Room Tip: we had room 11 which was not over the bar.

What a place to visit. Drinking beers in beer was class. The pub is full of activities, the jukey, the darts, the pool, the beer. Throughly enjoyed, definitely recommend. Love Dirty diesel, big sim, Goldstein and of course the night rider, peaseout

When we arrived the bar and restaurant were completely empty. We took a seat and waited awhile before we realized there was bell to ring. The server did not seem completely thrilled with her job for the day. She was a bit cranky and not very friendly. Tea and scones were fine, nothing special.

Visited here on a few occasions when staying in beer . Twice for drinks and once for a meal .
Very good food , relaxed atmosphere and great service.
The steak was done to perfection and my husbands steak and kidney pie was amazing. Well worth a visit.

Visited here for an evening meal. Food was good but it seemed as if they wanted us to move on as they were very busy to free tables. Would be a good place to eat in the evening. In the centre of Beer there are other eateries but I understand this is meant to be the best or thereabouts.
