The very first day we arrived to Easter Island, we stopped over a restaurant on the main street of Hanga Roa and the food we ordered was probably the worst I had ever eaten. It was a dish of fish and deer meat. Since we had to stay a few days here, we started asking around people there and La Tinita was they recommended. It is situated in front of the fireman and also the post-office. Follow the main street, turn left at the end and it is situated in front of the fireman. A simple house with trees in front. We tried the fish and also beef steak.The.meat was thick and succulent beef. It was run by an old couple. After that we only ate lunch in the same place for a few days.
