to start, I tried passion fruit pisco sour and was incredible with the view to the sea, to eat we choosed something not so heavy, to share, we decided to take tuna ceviche because i hearded it´s the best of rapa nui, and yesss it´s . then for main course the waiter recommended vanilla tuna.. it has different and innovative flavors, like polynesian style food, if you mixed the ingredients in different ways, your taste buds will be like in explotion .. but is important eat tuna just rare, if not lose the magic of the experience (is very delicious) is also served with mushed sweet potato (the name is sweet potato and is a local tuber). I went with my best friend for my holidays, was a great night, with good service, presentation and the most important, the cheff has a big heart. you can see it trought the way she cooks .
