Carwarden Bed & Breakfast
Reviewed 13 August 2017

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful B&B for two nights in June and wish we could have stayed longer. Mary welcomed us into her beautiful home and treated us like family. We had a delicious breakfast each day after enjoying a good night's sleep in a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Thank you, Mary, for the recommendations of things to do and see in the area. We hope to return to your beautiful part of Canada some day.

Quiet country setting. Large rooms surround a large upper hall way. Old country home, decorated with antiques. Forget your dressing Gown, check the dresser drawer and you will find one
We traveled with another couple, seasoned bed and breakfasters, who have stayed with Mary numerous times.
Large community room.
Breakfast was lovely, home made granola, fritta, biscuits with homadequate jam, fresh fruit bowls, best coffee I have ever had. Sets a beautiful table
Mary is very friendly aND very accommodating.
Price very, very reasonable.
We will be going back. It's very near wine area

Room Tip: 2 rooms have on suite, one has a sink and shares a large bath room with hallway access. One room...

This grand heritage home had a wonderful feel of welcome and warmth. Mary served a 5 star breakfast each morning that was fresh, local and healthy leaving us feeling well and ready to start our day. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Loved every minute of our stay.
Thanks Mary for your warm hospitality :)

Loved our stay in Mary's heritage house. Stayed two nights first week in Oct. Very comfortable room and bed, delicious breakfasts and central location for exploring the valley. Family style dining made it easy to converse with other guests.

My wife and I were running the valley harvest marathon in the morning. We decided we wanted to stay in the Valley to save us the drive from Halifax early on race day. Carwarden is only a 10 minute drive to the starting line. Mary went above and beyond our expectations! She greeted us at the door as soon as we arrived and wanted to know what time we were running and what we needed for a breakfast before the race. The décor was very old fashioned (loved it) and we both had a very comfortable and quiet nights sleep. She even kept track of the weather for us for race day. She got up early so we could have oatmeal before we left. The room had no TV which meant it was very peaceful and quiet. Her recommendation for supper at the Noodle Guy was spot on. We'd definitely stay here again.
