Had a fantastic weekend at Villa Boreas even though France beat us at rugby ! After a lovely breakfast Vincent served us some beer to watch the game with. Even though England were thoroughly beaten we had a good time drinking beer by the log fire. The rooms were excellent and spotlessly clean and the location was nice and quiet yet only 3 mins walk into town and all the restaurants and bars. We had some good meals in town and Vincent was an excellent host. We shall certainly consider visiting again.

Room Tip: They have a downstairs room for those who may have problem with stairs.

We stayed here one night after travelling from Yorkshire to Calais. A wonderful find. Just outside the village of Wissant but within 5/10 minutes walk of the centre with its restaurants and its beautiful beach. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and very comfortable. It was so good we have booked for two weeks time on our return trip.

Just back from Villa Boreas and we are ready to book for our next trip already ! We chose this B and B for our midweek stay as we wanted to be away from Calais in the evening but close enough not to have to travel for miles to get back to Eurotunnel. We saw that Wissant has a market on a Wednesday morning so chose to stay on a Tuesday night. We had a great lunch at Escalles en route to Wissant [ travelling on the beautiful coast road from Calais] and enjoyed a stunning beach walk at Wissant in the afternoon watching all the kite surfers showing off and getting sand in our hair. We ate at La Chaloupe in the evening as other reviewers had suggested. We were not disappointed and will return to check out the rest of their menu on our next trip. Villa Boreas itself is beautifully situated at the back of the village and was so quiet we slept for ten hours in a gloriously comfy bed. The room was large and attractively furnished with an airy and spotlessly clean shower room en suite. We could have also have enjoyed the large garden if we hadn't been on the beach! Vincent is a very attentive host and cheerfully provided us with a yummy egg and bacon breakfast whilst the Dutch folk had a stylish continental version including home made yoghurt. Parking is provided, also Wifi and excellent tips on how to make the most of the area. We will not be staying anywhere else from now on when we enjoy our next break in Nord Pas de Calais.

We spent 2 nights in Villa Boreas and we truly enjoyed it! Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and Vincent is the best host. He recommends the nicest restaurants and gives you tips on visiting the surroundings.
