Well this is a very different property. Very green. Right in front of Lake Naukuchiatal and pretty serene. Well since the property had limited people say 1 or 2, we cannot rate it good in terms of service as only 1 person was running across the property. But well overall it was good. The food was good.

It's a nice themed based stay on a good location with lack of governance. You have to order 1 hour In advance for meals with very limited choice. There are strict timings to follow for meals.Feels like more of a homestay than a resort. No payment options to pay via card. Its not a resort but more of a hostel. Wish they would understand that people come here to enjoy holidays and not follow a routine.

Its nicely themed resort with a gazebo at the top of each cottage. The rounded cottages and the pathway is well maintained and the food is good. The resort is located just at the boating point of the lake and you can opt for water sports or spend evening lazing around the peaceful atmosphere.

Good rooms.. nice interiors... Good food. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Good place to stay.. calm and silent. We went in a group of 30 people and it was nicely organised. Booked through a lady from Delhi as their marketing office is in Delhi.

Found out about this online. Was planing trip to nainital and spoke to Karan the sales guy - he practically worked out an itinerary for me. He advised to use Naukuchital as the base and travel on different axis rather than nainital which has lost its quintessential beauty. Took his advise and did not regret it one bit!

Naukuchital is a quiet sleepy town - just like in a Rudyard Kipling book...

The resort is bang on the lake and the cottages are awesome with a private sit-out on top

We really loved the idyllic setting and the great weather in May

Kids would love the swimming pool as well.

The hospitality is genuine and not commercialized as is the case of most tourist locations. The staff was warm and helpful at all times

Would love to come back to this place back in summers...

Room Tip: Go for the cottages - they are awesome
