We arrived after a very long journey and were met by Anne who straight away made us a welcoming drink. We felt relaxed and at home as soon as we entered the house. Anne and John were tremendous hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the breakfast was top notch and the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The fridge in the room containing not only fresh milk but chocolate, bottled water, and fresh juice was a lovely touch. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

The Mustard Tree is a very nice B&B well situated for lots of things. The owners are very welcoming and friendly My room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very quiet indeed. The WiFi worked well. Breakfast was excellent.

Upon arrival at the Mustard Tree we received a very warm welcome from our hosts Anne and John. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.

Located at the top of Carbis Bay, it's a relatively walk around the coastal bath into St Ives. We will definitely stay there again.

Thank you Anne and John.

The mustard Tree is a real find set in a beautiful garden. It is run by a charming couple Ann and John. The facilities are excellent and the rooms spotlessly clean. The breakfasts prepared by John are varied and delicious. In your room you will find helpful information such as lists of good restaurants in the area and having tried three of their suggestions they were spot on. You can park your car in their car park and take the coastal walk to St Ives or hop on a bus which runs in front of the B&B. It is a perfect base from which to explore Cornwall and the welcome you will receive as guests of the Mustard Tree will put you in a relaxed holiday mood. Allie Barnicoat & Lucie Le Coq

We stayed with Anne and John a few years back (takes me a while to get round to these reviews) during the September Art and Music festival. I have to say, what a diamond find The Mustard Tree is. Only about 10-15 minute walk from the centre of St Ives, either take the main road, or like us, the scenic coastal path and it feels like a minutes walk.

The Mustard Tree is a spotless place to stay with a very welcoming atmosphere, and John knocks up the best full English to ever grace a plate. Certainly sets you up for a days exploring, and lasts you right up to the first cream tea of the afternoon.

Trip advisor doesn't go back far enough, our visit was more 2010 (I did say I'm not the quickest to write reviews)

Well, that's so lovely that after 7 years, you still remembered us and wrote such a lovely review! Thank you. We are still here so if ever you feel like another trip to St Ives, we'd be delighted to see you again! You could come and check if we've kept our standards up!
Best wishes to you both.
