We stayed at the excellency rooms which were big sized ones and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Hot water was available throughout. The restaurant has a good menu and service was good.
However the bathroom drains were getting clogged very frequently.
No non-smoking rooms and hence the rooms smell of smoke which is an inconvenience for families with kids.
Location was convenient. Breakfast buffet spread was also quite decent. Cannot be compared with other big hotel chains in larger cities for the same price though.

Cons . Frighfully expensive , one can of 300 ml thums up of 40/- is charged 173 in the hotel , ordered chili chicken , served with lot of salt and had to neutralise with vineagar. Tandoor roti per psc. 95/- , fulka 2 psc 85/- .

Pros . Staffs are other wise good , polite , eg Ms Barnali . Property is clean , new , staff are till now polite , seems to be good , Ms Barnali at reception is smiling and courteous .
