Situated in proper market area and easy to locate. Half an hour drive from the airport and prices are average . Restaurant is in the ground floor and room service also available. Service may be improved for more convenience.

Hotel city centre situated in the centre of the city, its cleanliness, room service, foods are good.May travel anywhere any tourist spot very easily due to its location. Rates are within reach both fooding and lodging.

I stayed this hotel for 2 night on August 2019. Overall experience is very poor & the reason is - rooms are overpriced & rooms need immediate renovations. The walls are in pathetic condition & need repair. Room service is very poor, most of the time they did not pick the phone. complementary breakfast has very limited option, & what is mentioned in menu, is not available when will order. staffs are not well behaved & trained (even the receptionist also) only good thing is the location of this hotel.So, my opinion is try to avoid this hotel & look for other hotels like Ginger, Sonar Tori etc.

I had been to Tripura for my friend's marriage. They had arranged accommodation for us at this hotel. It was our first visit to North east and we really enjoyed the stay & the food of this hotel. It is a good for families too.

This hotel Delux room and bathroom is so pathetic and A C is not working properly, location wise it is good but overall experience is not good. Goibibo is not evaluate and inspect the rooms I think. Please prefer some other hotel in Agartala.

We went to this hotel last month. The room given was quite spacious but after repeated requests only, they cleaned the bed which contained dust. Also, we had complimentary breakfast as part of our package. On some days, they took a long time (almost an hour) to prepare the breakfast and on some days, they could not prepare it at all. The restaurant was expensive and be prepared to wait for an hour or more after ordering for the food to be served.
