This is my reason for the one star rating.
The hotel has both ac and non ac rooms. We stayed in a non ac double room ( 650 rs if I remember right). Very basic amenities were provided and cleanliness was dubious at best.
Don't go expecting more than a two star hotel.
Could not spend even an hour here... The place is extremely dirty, congested, lack of daylight, no restaurant, arrogant staff.
Do not stay here... Go for some better nearby place.
Only advantage is the location, very near to the city palace.
This hotel near the Palace compound in Agartala is a basic hotel with no extra ordinary features. The rates are very moderate and the rooms are varied. You may not like this hotel at first sight since the rooms and toilets are not the best you would like them to be BUT trust me, everything works here. The lift, the geysers, the lights, fans, the ACs and the TV all worked much to our surprise. The people here are also so friendly, helpful and warm. Room service is very quick and the food quality super.
You might enter here with a frown but trust me, you will leave with a smile.
Warning : Those who are looking for star quality amenities and service, this may not be the right place for you. This is good for people travelling on a low budget but expect everything one can expect from a standard hotel.
It is good & old hotel at Agartal myself visited so many times during 2009 to 2011.It restuarant facility & conferance hall also good with reasonal charges. The middle class customers one of the best choice hotel of Agartala. It has very old & good reputation in Agartal at Tripura.
This is the worst hotel I even been. The room is most dirty. Water is seeping in the toilet. Commode is most unclean like public toilet. I reached at night ,so had no option. I will not recommend any one to go in this hotel. Totally Faudent
