If you want to swim and see a great mountain view at the same time... Visit this awesome place.... White sand with mountain view off Zambales....I would definitely go back here and spend the whole day just swim and witness the awesome mountain views from the clear blue water of Capones Island. 1800 small boat going to Anawangin beach, Capones island and around Camara Island.... You have to have a big boat if you want to stop at Camara island because it was too rocky according to our boat man named Joseph. There is also a hut where they sell 20pesos pancit canton, 25pesos burger and 20pesos coffee 3in 1....in front of Nora's beach resort in Pundaquit.. 20pesos per head for environmental fee and 50pesos per head in Anawangin beach.

The boatman took us to the eastern part of the island where one of the shore is. There were no trees on this part but the water was very clear and shore was clean. Only after reading online I found out that there are other shores on this island so make sure you ask the boatman to take you there.

Beautiful. Reachable by a short boat ride via Pundaquit. But too hot, did not see any shaded areas or trees.

This is a good isalnd side trip when going to Anawangin or Nagsasa. It has a light house where you can take pictures of and see a 360 view of the coast of Zambales. Sea water is good and cool to the feel. Lots of rock formations where you can take pictures of, be creative! You have to walk a good ten minutes to get to the other side of the island where the good view and good water is, depends on where your boat is docked.

Years ago We were supposed to go to nearby anawangin cove but the waters were too choppy for the bangka so the boatman referred us to capones island instead. We spent the night camping there and roughing it out w/c turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although we were kilometers away from the mainland, It was safe w/c made the crystal clear shoreline all the more lovelier. Beware of the riptide though because things can get hairy quickly
